Before CareRoute, Jag was a senior software engineer at Goldman Sachs and Amazon, building large-scale financial transaction systems where precision was non-negotiable. CareRoute is personal for him: he negotiated dozens of his own family’s medical bills down using data-driven analysis, then set out to give every patient that same leverage. As CEO, he leads product and engineering, turning that hard-won playbook into a service anyone can use.
